How We Began
Angels Within Reach Foundation was born from a simple but powerful belief: every senior deserves access to quality care, regardless of their financial circumstances. We recognized that many older adults are forced to choose between paying for basic necessities and receiving the care they need to remain safe and independent at home. Families and caregivers often carry this burden alone, searching for support that is simply out of reach.
Our foundation was created to bridge that gap. We are committed to removing financial barriers by providing compassionate programs, essential resources, and meaningful community support. From respite care for family caregivers to emergency medical supplies, senior engagement, and wellness initiatives, our goal is to ensure that every senior has the opportunity to age with dignity, comfort, and peace of mind in the place they call home.

With years of experience in healthcare and community service, she has dedicated her career to improving the lives of seniors and supporting the families who care for them. Under her leadership, Angels Within Reach Foundation is committed to removing barriers to care through innovative programs, meaningful community partnerships, and outreach initiatives that help seniors age with dignity, independence, and hope. Niyetroshia's vision continues to inspire the foundation's mission of making quality care accessible — because every senior deserves to feel valued, supported, and never alone.

Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a licensed home care agency.
