All of our programs are provided at no cost to qualifying seniors. You do not need to have all the answers — just reach out and we will guide you through the rest.

Quick Eligibility Check

  • Senior is 60 years of age or older
  • Senior lives at home (not in a facility)
  • Household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level
  • Resides within our service area
